Job summary

Allied Machine & Engineering Corp. is seeking an experienced Field Sales Engineer (Southern California) to manage selling activities in a defined territory. You will represent the company to distributors and end users, develop business plans and maintain strong relationships with customers.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and requires strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills. Educational background in engineering or technology is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years diversified manufacturing experiences preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plan with target accounts to meet sales goals.
• Maintain and develop end-user business and supervise distributors.
• Expand new end-user accounts and manage distributor relationships.
• Establish and maintain a list of end users and OEM accounts in the territory.
• Communicate sales policies and provide workshops or seminars as required.
• Provide field information on new product opportunities to Regional Sales Manager.
