The role includes defining training programs, managing content repositories, and ensuring cross-functional alignment among commercial teams. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales enablement within the energy sector, strong technical knowledge, and exceptional communication skills. Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Operations within energy technologies.
• Strong knowledge of BESS, MV UPS, and project delivery workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills for translating technical topics.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Sales Enablement program, developing training curriculum and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering on technical training modules.
• Manage the central content repository for sales materials.
