Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to empower teams through development programs and hands-on coaching. The role requires facilitating workshops, webinars and events, and crafting effective learning content aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of relevant experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and strong facilitation skills. This on-site position involves travel across communities within the portfolio and close collaboration with leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in training, learning and development, performance coaching, sales enablement or related discipline.
• Experience creating and managing learning content using authoring tools and software applications.
• Understanding of project management principles and execution.
• Experience with event coordination and facilitation.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Graphic design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training experiences that build confidence, capability and performance.
• Facilitate instructor-led training workshops, webinars, conferences and learning events.
• Create meaningful learning opportunities for various learning styles and business needs.
• Partner with leaders to identify development opportunities and implement learning solutions.
• Develop learning plans that support individual growth and organizational success.
• Coach leaders and strengthen performance across communities and regions.
• Design and curate learning content across multiple platforms (instructor-led, virtual, eLearning).
• Track training participation and performance metrics to measure impact.
• Collaborate across the organization to align learning strategies with business goals.
