Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of relevant experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and strong facilitation skills. This on-site position involves travel across communities within the portfolio and close collaboration with leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in training, learning and development, performance coaching, sales enablement or related discipline.
• Experience creating and managing learning content using authoring tools and software applications.
• Understanding of project management principles and execution.
• Experience with event coordination and facilitation.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Graphic design experience preferred.
