Job summary

USA MOT Motion Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer to support the sales organization with onboarding, ongoing training, best-practice sharing and additional sales support to maximize the success of our outside sales team.

The role designs learning paths, collaborates with sales leaders, plans key activities, and develops tools to measure impact and readiness across field staff, with travel to branch locations and Birmingham center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Five+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and defines learning paths for onboarding and ongoing training programs.
• Collaborates with sales leaders to align programs with priorities.
• Plans activities including new hire training and sales capabilities.
• Designs metrics to measure enablement program impact.
• Uses data to identify gaps and create end-to-end enablement solutions.
• Develops sales enablement tools and materials for revenue growth.
• Identifies repeatable methodologies for rapid dissemination.
• Ensures skills and sales readiness across the sales organization.
• Travels to branch locations to deliver training and support Birmingham center.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
