Job summary

Motion Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer to support the sales organization with onboarding, ongoing training, best practice sharing, and additional support to maximize outside sales success.

The role requires collaboration with sales leaders and cross-functional teams, development of learning paths, and travel to branch locations, including Birmingham, for training delivery. Typically, a bachelor's degree in business or marketing with five or more years of related experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Five+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data-driven training methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and defines learning paths for onboarding and ongoing training across all field sales audiences.
• Collaborates with sales leaders to align programs with local priorities and opportunities.
• Plans and participates in new hire training, sales training, and tools training.
• Designs metrics to measure enablement programs' effectiveness and impact.
• Uses data to identify gaps and help create end-to-end enablement solutions beyond training.
• Develops sales enablement tools and materials to support revenue generation.
• Travels to branch locations to deliver training and support Birmingham center training.
