Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Trainer of Sales Learning and Enablement to deliver world-class onboarding and ongoing training for our sales teams across divisions. You will drive onboarding, reinforce repeatable sales behaviors, and accelerate performance with a focus on customer planning, solution selling, and Salesforce CRM execution.

Reporting to the Director of Sales Learning & Enablement, you will partner with the Sales Excellence team and travel up to 35% nationally to implement

Qualifications

Facilitate both in-person and virtual training for sales teams.
Design and refine onboarding and ongoing enablement programs.
Translate training into improved sales performance and revenue.

Responsibilities

Deliver ILT and VILT training to sellers and leaders.
Lead division onboarding programs and track progress.
Analyze adoption metrics and recommend improvements.
Partner with Sales Excellence to close skill gaps.
Support Salesforce adoption and CRM execution.
Maintain documentation and certify training records.
