Spot Freight, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and facilitate a world-class training experience for our sales teams. You will partner with Sales leadership and SMEs to ensure effective programs that elevate selling skills and product knowledge.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of high-impact training experience in logistics, strong presentation skills, and the ability to coach and develop others in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years delivering high-impact sales training to business development and account management teams.
• Logistics/3PL/Transportation experience preferred.
• Strong presentation and virtual facilitation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of product and selling skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent presentation, collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a customer-focused sales force.
• Collaborate with internal/external SMEs to develop sales training content.
• Recommend training and talent development approaches to boost performance.
• Use the SAM Model to design world-class training experiences.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training for Account Management & Business Development teams.
• Provide regular coaching sessions across Spot office locations.
