Spot Freight, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and facilitate world-class training for our sales teams.

Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager with a dotted line to Learning & Development, you will ensure Spot's sales techniques and core principles are consistently applied. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of high-impact sales training experience, preferably in logistics, 3PL, or transportation, plus strong presentation and virtual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2 years of delivering high-impact, engaging sales training to Business Development and Account Management teams.
• Experience in Logistics, 3PL, or Transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating a customer-focused sales force.
• Collaborate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts to develop content for sales training programs.
• Provide recommendations on training and talent development approaches to improve sales team performance.
• Utilize the SAM Model of instructional design to create world class training experiences for new hires and existing Spot Employees.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual sales training sessions for Account Management & Business Development Teams.
• Perform regular coaching sessions with sales staff across all Spot office locations.
