Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, leadership development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating training for adult learners.
• Experience facilitating learning for both individual contributors and people leaders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences for sales team members at various levels of experience.
• Facilitate new hire sales training, role-based training, sales skills development, system and tool training, and ongoing professional development.
• Facilitate learning experiences focused on communication, customer engagement, sales effectiveness, business acumen, and other core sales competencies.
• Lead training sessions that incorporate practical exercises, demonstrations, role plays, case studies, discussions, and real-world sales scenarios.
• Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that encourages participation, questions, collaboration, and application.
• Adapt training delivery based on audience, role, experience level, and learning needs.
• Support sales meetings, conferences, workshops, and other events requiring sales training or facilitation.
• Deliver learning experiences focused on leadership effectiveness, coaching, communication, accountability, performance management, delegation, decision-making, and team development.
• Facilitate training on sales tools and technology, helping sales professionals understand how to effectively use available tools to support customer engagement, sales planning, productivity, and performance.
• Support change management associated with new sales tools, processes, and technology.
