Job summary

Athene is seeking a seasoned Sales Enablement Consultant to drive onboarding, curricula design and program leadership across our retail sales teams. You will partner with sales leaders to diagnose capability gaps and implement scalable learning, coaching, and process improvements that accelerate productivity and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, L&D, or related roles.
• Experience owning complex programs from design to evaluation.
• Strong consulting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority.
• Experience with LMS, CRM, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and development experiences for sales teams and internship programs.
• Design curricula, learning paths, assessments and coaching resources.
• Serve as a trusted Enablement consultant to sales leaders and managers.
• Diagnose capability gaps and recommend practical learning, process or tech solutions.
• Lead high-impact Enablement programs and end-to-end initiatives.
• Measure impact using program data and business indicators.
