Cengage Group is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to translate product and go-to-market strategies into seller-ready knowledge, skills, and confidence across our sales organization.

You will partner with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Learning & Development to build seller readiness through targeted enablement programs, certifications, resources, practice, and reinforcement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in Sales Enablement or related commercial roles.
• Ability to translate complex product ideas into practical learning.
• Experience delivering training programs that build seller knowledge and confidence.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Learning & Development.

Responsabilités

• Translate product/go-to-market strategy into seller-ready knowledge and skills.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Learning & Development to build readiness.
• Develop coaching frameworks, resources, and practice opportunities for managers.
• Support ongoing seller development through workshops, role-plays, and reviews.
• Reinforce enablement beyond formal training with ongoing content and practice.
