Commerce Bank is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support approach in pipeline growth and lead generation. You will work with sales and marketing teams to utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to identify prospects and nurture opportunities.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, campaign coordination, and ongoing training to shift toward outbound sales initiatives within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ year sales or prospecting experience and Salesforce.com utilization.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create and interact with sales teams to analyze business needs and goals for pipeline growth.
• Help designated sales team find and utilize prospecting resources for campaigns.
• Use Pardot to support lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
• Input leads into the CRM and coordinate with Marketing for larger lists.
• Assist with Salesforce.com and Insight360 activities and dashboards.
• Participate in training programs to migrate to outbound sales efforts.
• Coordinate with Campaign Supervisor to track campaigns and results.
• Suggest new outreach or sales tactics based on data results.
