Qualifications

• Experience enabling sales teams and improving productivity.
• Ability to source and build prospect lists and intelligence.
• Ability to translate business challenges into enablement initiatives.
• Proven ability to collaborate with producers, managers and national teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for producer enablement support.
• Help build prospect lists, source contacts, identify opportunities with sales tools.
• Provide guidance on competitive intelligence and RFP positioning for proposals.
• Support outreach quality and relevance using MarComm resources.
• Collaborate with national team to roll out initiatives locally.
