Qualifications
- 2–5 years in sales support or sales enablement roles.
- Strong PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 skills.
- Experience with InDesign and Adobe Photoshop preferred.
- Excellent writing, editing and documentation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and refresh sales presentations and customer resources.
- Convert technical information into clear sales materials.
- Support formatting, versioning, and consistency of materials.
- Assist with updates to sales calculators and reference guides.
- Maintain the Sales Essentials content library.
- Coordinate monthly sales training materials and onboarding content.
- Support virtual customer demonstrations and webinars.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and service.
- Gather field input to translate needs into practical tools.
