Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or university degree in a related discipline.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Ability to work on issues of diverse scope including understanding the sales process.
• Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others and present technical information to senior management and customers.
• Extensive knowledge of company policies and sales process.

Aufgaben

• Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates to meet financial commitments.
• Acts as an advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.
• Supervises and resolves customer requests and/or issues.
• Supervises the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
