Job summary

Lorikeet is hiring its first Sales Enablement & Operations team member. You’ll build the enablement engine across sales and Forward Deployed teams, ensuring reps ramp quickly and spend time selling rather than navigating the CRM.

You’ll own onboarding, playbooks, messaging, and coaching, plus CRM hygiene, forecast reporting, and tooling. The role sits at the center of GTM, partnering with a GTM Engineer for AI-driven workflows and data-informed improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience building enablement programs from the ground up.
• Ability to design ramp programs for multiple GTM roles (AEs, BDRs, Forward Deployed).
• Strong data hygiene and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and training for every new GTM and Forward Deployed hire.
• Build and maintain the sales playbook with ICPs, personas, and qualification criteria.
• Turn product launches and customer wins into enablement assets (talk tracks, demos, case studies).
• Own CRM as the source of truth, define pipeline stages and required fields.
• Run pipeline and forecasting cadence with leadership; develop dashboards and metrics.
• Manage GTM tool stack and decide on additions or build/buy decisions.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineer to build AI-powered workflows (Claude Code).
• Use data (call recordings, win/loss) to coach and inform product/marketing.
