Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a seasoned Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement leader to own GTM enablement, onboarding, and certification. You will connect product launches, pricing, and new sales motions to scalable training and content, leveraging AI to accelerate content creation and insights.

You will design and run onboarding programs, manage LMS content, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales to drive reps toward faster time-to-productivity while reporting impact to leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and 3+ years in Sales Enablement.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a complex B2B enterprise sales motion.
• Exceptional ability to translate large volumes of complex information into clear, engaging, and actionable content.
• Experience designing and running enablement, onboarding, or certification programs for a GTM team.
• Proven project management and organizational skills; comfortable balancing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clarity and concision.
• Proficiency in Salesforce: build reports/dashboards and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM enablement framework, including onboarding, training, and certification programs.
• Lead and audit rep readiness against role/level requirements with leadership.
• Design onboarding and ramp programs for new sellers to reach time-to-productivity targets.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on launches to translate updates into training and content.
• Maintain learning systems, LMS, and content hub; ensure resources are current and accessible.
• Develop dashboards connecting enablement activity to GTM performance for RevOps reporting.
