Job summary

Lorikeet, an AI customer-support solutions company, is hiring its first sales enablement and operations specialist. The role combines training, playbook creation, and CRM management to build a scalable function in a regulated AI space.

The successful candidate will automate reporting, improve data quality, and translate call patterns into practical guidance for reps, while shaping how AI supports sales processes and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience building enablement programs from scratch.
• CRM and pipeline ownership and forecasting.
• Ability to train reps and analyze call data.
• Experience selling or supporting B2B software.

Responsibilities

• Split time between training new reps and forward deployed staff.
• Write playbooks and messaging for the team.
• Run the CRM, pipeline reviews, forecasting and tooling.
• Automate deal summaries, call insights, and account research with AI.
