Job summary

Lorikeet is hiring its first Sales Enablement & Operations team member to turn our GTM into a real operating engine. You’ll own onboarding, playbooks, messaging, and coaching across a fast-growing team, including Forward Deployed staff, so reps spend time selling, not fighting the CRM.

You'll own training programs, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and the GTM tool stack, partnering with a GTM Engineer to create AI-powered workflows that scale as we expand into regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Experience building enablement programs from the ground up.
• Ability to run trainings and build pipeline reports.
• Comfort with both people and systems sides of enablement.
• Attention to data quality and process discipline.
• Ability to simplify a complex product for reps and buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and training for every new GTM and Forward Deployed hire.
• Build and maintain the sales playbook with ICPs, discovery, and objections.
• Turn launches and wins into enablement assets like playbooks and battlecards.
• Own the CRM as the source of truth and ensure clean pipeline hygiene.
• Run pipeline forecasting cadence with weekly reviews and dashboards.
• Manage the GTM tool stack and decide what to add or remove.
• Partner with GTM Engineer to build AI-powered workflows.
• Use data to coach and feed learnings back into product and marketing.
• Support territory planning, quota setting, and comp mechanics.
