Job summary
Juniper Square is seeking a seasoned Revenue Operations leader to own GTM Enablement inside our Revenue Operations team. You will shape onboarding, ramp, training, content, and continuous learning for sellers, Customer Success, and partner-facing teams, with a focus on AI-native enablement and scalable programs.
In this remote-friendly role, you will partner with Product Marketing and Product on launches, design role-based training, build dashboards, and measure ramp time, certification
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations and 3+ years in Sales Enablement.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a complex B2B enterprise sales motion.
- Ability to translate large volumes of information into clear, actionable content.
Responsibilities
- Own GTM enablement framework, including AI-native pitch reviews and certification.
- Lead onboarding, training, and continuous learning for GTM teams.
- Design and audit training programs tied to role and level requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on new launches and campaigns.
- Build and maintain LMS content hub and learning dashboards.
