Job summary

Chadwell Supply seeks a Manager of Sales Enablement to drive training, tools, and processes that lift field performance. You will translate the enablement strategy into scheduled programs, support the salesforce, and coordinate with IT on platform enhancements.

You will lead a small team, improve ramp time, and work with Marketing and Revenue Ops to align content with campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

4+ years of Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Training, or related discipline.
2+ years of direct people-management experience including coaching and workload prioritization.
Experience supporting B2B sales teams, including field-based or distributed teams.
Hands-on experience as a power user or support resource for a CRM or similar sales platform.
Background in instructional design, training delivery, or enablement content development.
Experience in distribution, industrial B2B, multifamily, or field-based sales preferred.
Working knowledge of CRM systems and AI productivity tools, able to configure independently.

Responsibilities

Execute the Sales Enablement roadmap set by the Director, managing timelines and stakeholders.
Maintain operating rhythms for training, tool adoption, onboarding, content updates, and field comms.
Compile enablement KPI reports and identify trends, gaps, and risks for leadership.
