Cengage Group seeks a Sales Enablement Manager to translate product strategy into seller-ready knowledge and skills. You will partner with Product, Marketing, Leadership, and Learning & Development to build readiness across Cengage products and solutions.

You will lead programs, certifications, and resources that help sellers demonstrate differentiated value and effectively position Cengage offerings throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Product Enablement, Sales Training, Product Marketing, Sales, or related role.
• Ability to translate complex product capabilities into practical, seller-focused programs.
• Experience delivering training that builds seller knowledge, skills, and confidence.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Learning & Development.
• Strong project management with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience using sales enablement and learning technologies; Highspot a plus.

Responsabilités

• Translate product and go-to-market strategy into sales capability with POMs, Marketing, and Sales.
• Develop enablement programs, training, and resources to connect capabilities to customer value.
• Strengthen positioning and value storytelling for differentiated solutions.
• Increase seller proficiency in product demonstrations and CLP through training and practice.
• Identify skill gaps with Sales Leaders and translate into focused enablement priorities.
• Create coaching frameworks and resources to reinforce knowledge and demonstration skills.
• Support ongoing seller development via workshops, role-plays, call reviews, and field observations.
• Embed coaching and practice into the seller experience.
