Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Product Enablement, Sales Training, Product Marketing, or related role.
• Ability to translate complex product capabilities into practical, seller-focused learning.
• Experience delivering training programs that build seller knowledge and confidence.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Learning & Development.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management.
• Experience with sales enablement and learning technologies; Highspot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate product and go-to-market strategy into sales capability with partnerships across POMs, Marketing, and Sales.
• Build enablement programs, training, and resources to connect product capabilities to customer needs and business value.
• Strengthen positioning and value storytelling for differentiated value and product demonstrations.
• Measure and improve seller readiness through training, workshops, and coaching opportunities.
