Job summary

Cengage Group is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to translate product and GTM strategy into seller-ready knowledge and skills. You will partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and L&D to build readiness across Cengage products and solutions, delivering engaging programs, resources, and reinforcement.

You will develop coaching frameworks, certification standards, and ongoing reinforcement to maintain seller readiness as products evolve, using Highspot and other enablement tools for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Enablement, Sales Training, Product Marketing, or related commercial role.
• Ability to translate complex product capabilities into practical, seller-focused learning.
• Experience delivering training programs that build seller knowledge and confidence.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
• Collaborates with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Learning & Development teams.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with sales enablement and learning technologies; Highspot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate product and go-to-market strategy into sales capability through enablement programs and resources.
• Develop coaching frameworks, resources, and practice opportunities to reinforce knowledge and skills.
• Establish competency standards and deliver certifications to validate seller proficiency.
• Measure enablement effectiveness and drive continuous improvement across programs.
