Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in Sales Enablement or related commercial roles.
• Ability to translate complex product priorities into practical learning.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and L&D.
• Experience with sales enablement technologies; Highspot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate product and go-to-market strategy into sales capabilities for sellers.
• Build enablement programs, training, and resources aligning product to customer value.
• Strengthen storytelling and value articulation for differentiating offerings.
• Increase seller proficiency through targeted training and practice.
• Develop coaching frameworks and reinforcement strategies with sales leaders.
• Support ongoing seller development via workshops, role-plays, and reviews.
• Maintain content in enablement platforms and reinforce continuous readiness.
