Job summary

Upsun is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to own onboarding, certification, the kit before deals, and the measurement that proves success. You will report to the Senior Director, Customer Solutions and collaborate with the revenue enablement team to ensure scalable programs.

Qualifications

• Enablement program experience: Proven experience running sales enablement, revenue enablement, or GTM programs from start to finish in B2B technology, including programs that changed a measurable behavior.
• Sales or solutions engineering background: Experience in sales or solutions engineering, with a clear sense of what sellers need in a live deal.
• Builder mindset with AI: Experience turning repeated work into systems that run without you, and hands-on use of AI for drafting, summarizing, or automated workflows.
• Clear thinking and measurement: Experience turning a goal into a defined problem, scope, steps, and success measure.

Responsibilities

• Programs and systems: Run onboarding and ramp for new sellers, with clear steps, checkpoints, and certification.
• Build the product change process as a system, so product updates reach sellers on time.
• Sales plays and measurement: Build assets for sales plays and roll them out.
• Track ramp time, certification currency, and content usage.
• Report what the data shows and what to keep, change, or stop.
• Content and knowledge: Build industry kits that sellers can use in a live deal. Deliver product trainings. Keep our knowledge base current and easy to search.
• AI as a practical tool: Use AI to speed up drafting, curation, and routine tasks.
• Cross-team partnership: Work with RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
