• Onboarding and ramp for new sellers with clear steps and certification.
• Build and maintain the product change process as a system so updates reach sellers on time.
• Create assets for sales plays, track ramp time, certification currency, and content usage.
• Report data insights and decide what to keep, change, or stop.
• Develop industry kits and deliver product trainings to help sellers in live deals.
