Upsun is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to own onboarding, certification, and measurement for our global seller community. You will design programs, content, and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate adoption and revenue impact.

You will collaborate with RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering, ensuring timely product updates reach sellers and guiding strategic enablement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running sales enablement, revenue enablement, or GTM programs in B2B technology.
• Experience turning programs into measurable improvements in seller performance.
• Familiarity with RevOps collaboration and content development.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding and ramp for new sellers with clear steps and certification.
• Build product change processes so updates reach sellers on time.
• Create sales plays, track ramp time and content usage, report findings.
