Job summary

LiveView Technologies in American Fork, Utah, seeks a Sales Excellence Manager to help build a world-class B2B sales organization. This individual contributor role focuses on enabling frontline sellers with AI-driven tools and training to win multi-million deals.

You will design workflows, content, and training, partnering with RevOps, Product Marketing, and Sales Engineering to improve selling and buying experiences, with a plan to evolve the team over time.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or direct B2B Sales roles.
• Solid understanding of a complex B2B sale mechanics and what world-class selling looks like.
• Ability to translate frustrations into root-cause diagnoses and drive behavior change.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field and market research to surface opportunities in selling and buying experiences.
• Design AI-enabled sales tools, content, and training to drive behavior change for frontline sellers and managers.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and other teams to elevate the sales experience.
