Job summary

LVT is seeking a Sales Excellence Manager to help build and evolve a new Sales Excellence team. You will shape workflows, tools, content, and training to elevate both selling and buying experiences in large-scale B2B deals.

You’ll partner with frontline sellers and managers, translating research into practical enablement solutions and AI-assisted sales tools to accelerate performance. This is an individual contributor role based at our Utah headquarters.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or direct B2B Sales.
• Proven ability to diagnose root causes of complex sales challenges.
• Ability to drive behavior change through clear communication and design of tools/content/training.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate impact (Gemini, Claude, Clay, Gong).

Responsibilities

• Design workflows, tools, content, and training for frontline sellers and managers.
• Translate research insights into AI-enabled sales tools and materials.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and industry SMEs to elevate the sales experience.
