Job summary

Generac is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Wisconsin to support inside and outside sales teams by handling administration, coordinating activities, and ensuring effective communication with dealers, installers, and internal partners. Strong organization and communication skills are essential for success.

You will manage reports, assist with post-order support, and help maintain customer portals while driving continuous improvement across the sales organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• One or more years of relevant sales, customer service or internship experience.
• Associate degree in business or marketing preferred, helpful for role.

Responsibilities

• Run reports to support customer meetings and the overall sales process.
• Create PowerPoint presentations to aid as a selling tool for ISR's and Field Sales.
• Process manual orders for dealers that are purchasing through a retail outlet.
• Partner with internal business partners to help with post order support.
• Maintain and monitor customer portals on Generac websites (D360 and eCommerce) to ensure accuracy and provide first-line support.
• Create and maintain process documents for the team to develop a self-serve mentality.
• Process name changes and business changes for Dealers going through acquisitions.
• Proactively monitor sales levels for dealers and alert the sales team on tier changes.
• Act as a liaison between sales teams, internal partners, and external customers.
• Pursue continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails from internal and external customers.
• Support other non-revenue work to assist sales teams.
