The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing administrative activities not tied to revenue, coordinating sales activities, and fostering effective communication between the sales department, internal business partners and our customers. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Run reports to support customer meetings and the overall sales process (future state)Create PowerPoint presentations to aid as a selling tool for ISR’s and Field Sales (future state)Process manual orders for dealers that are purchasing through a retail outletPartner with internal business partners to help with post order supportMaintain and monitor customer portals on Generac websites (D360 and eCommerce) to ensure accuracy, completeness and be first line support when issues arise.Create and maintain process documents for the team to develop a self-serve mentalityProcess name changes and business changes for Dealers that are going through acquisitions Proactively monitors sales levels for dealers and communicate accordingly to the sales team if the dealer is close to gaining or losing a tierAct as a liaison between the sales teams, internal business partners, and external customers, fostering effective communication and collaboration.Ongoing effort to enhance processes and procedures by utilizing a Continuous Improvement mindset.Manage Sales Coordinator inbound and outbound calls as well as email correspondence from internal and external customersSupporting other non-revenue generated work to support our sales teamsMinimal Qualifications:High School Diploma requiredOne or more years of relevant sales, customer service or internship experiencePreferred Qualifications:Associate degree in business or marketing preferredExperience with SalesforceExperience with data entryDemonstrated experience with report generation and data manipulation, including graphs and chartsKnowledge/Skills:Excellent verbal and written communicationGood administrative and organizational skillsAbility to analyze and solve problemsEffective prioritization and time management skillsAbility to multi-task; detail orientation.Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft suite, specifically Outlook, Excel & PowerPointPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
