Job summary

Generac is seeking a Supervisor of the Sales Administration to lead the Sales Coordinators, enabling the sales team to focus on selling while ensuring customer needs are met promptly and accurately. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and partner with Sales Operations on Salesforce improvements to drive efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred for the role.
• 3+ years in inside sales or customer service with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff, and to lead process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Selects, coaches, and develops staff with clear expectations.
• Oversees Sales Coordinators, providing coaching and mentoring.
• Sets team metrics and evaluates performance with team leads.
• Assists with new hire interviews and onboarding.
• Owns Salesforce/process improvements in partnership with Sales Operations.
• Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and best practices.
• Escalates concerns to senior leaders and liaises with partner teams.
• Builds relationships with customers and key stakeholders to ensure service quality.
