Job summary

8am is seeking a Sales Facilitator to design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs that boost performance across our transactional sales teams. You will build onboarding, ongoing learning, and advanced selling modules, delivering live sessions both in person and virtually.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Success to identify training needs, track program effectiveness, and continuously improve enablement resources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales training, enablement, or sales leadership in a transactional environment.
• Proven track record of successful sales training and strong grasp of sales processes.
• Confident presenter and clear communicator in any setting.
• Analytical ability to measure training impact and iterate programs.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding, ongoing learning, and advanced selling skill programs.
• Create modules for presentations, e-learning, workshops, and role-plays.
• Lead live training for new hires and veterans, in person and virtual.
• Coach reps one-on-one and provide actionable feedback.
• Track and analyze training impact, adjusting programs as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Success to maintain consistent messaging.
• Maintain a library of enablement resources and product information.
