Job summary

Givzey is seeking a high-impact Sales Enablement Manager to scale our GTM engine in a fully remote environment. You will bridge product, marketing, and sales to equip BDRs, AEs, and CSMs with tools, training, and AI-driven workflows to accelerate revenue growth.

The role focuses on scalable onboarding, certification, and continuous learning in an AI-native setting. You will coach sellers, optimize processes, and translate complex product capabilities into high-converting conversations.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Revenue Operations, or B2B SaaS Sales.
• Proven onboarding and enablement programs for multi-tier GTM teams (BDRs, AEs, CSMs).
• Proficiency with modern sales tech stacks (HubSpot, Gong, Salesloft/Outreach, Highspot/Seismic).
• Strong facilitation and 1-on-1 seller development capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate product into compelling conversations.

Responsibilities

• Build onboarding programs to reduce time-to-productivity for BDRs, AEs, and CSMs.
• Deliver enablement on product messaging, personas, pitches, and positioning for nonprofit fundraising.
• Create sales assets, playbooks, battle cards, and prospecting frameworks for decision-makers.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to boost productivity and personalization.
• Lead GTM initiatives with Product and Marketing for launches and campaigns.
• Establish seller certification and coaching structures using conversational intelligence platforms.
