Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to shape and run the strategy for our sales enablement and learning ecosystem in Cincinnati.

You will collaborate with Sales Leadership, Learning & Development, and top-performing teams to assess programs, benchmark against industry best practices, and implement innovative enablement solutions that equip sellers with knowledge and resources to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years designing inside sales training or sales enablement.
• 10+ years in a commercial environment.
• Experience in inside sales or high-performance sales.
• Proven success in enabling seller performance and outcomes.
• Experience applying adult learning principles and learning technologies.
• Familiarity with AI-powered learning platforms and adaptive tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to measure program impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and development programs for sales teams.
• Evaluate and benchmark current curriculum against best practices.
• Develop strategy to evolve the sales enablement ecosystem to improve ramp time and retention.
• Design scalable learning experiences across instructor-led and digital formats.
• Identify opportunities to leverage top-performing LAEs and GSMs as experts.
• Incorporate AI-enabled learning solutions and adaptive learning methods.
• Establish metrics and reporting to measure learning effectiveness.
