Job summary

Deutsche Post is seeking a Sales Support Manager to optimize the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to aftersales. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, analytics, and strong stakeholder management to enhance customer satisfaction and drive commercial success.

You will coordinate with Sales, Analytics, Legal and Operations across Atlanta, Miami, and Dallas. The position requires 6+ years in Sales Support/Operations, logistics experience preferred, and advanced Microsoft skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Sales Support/Sales Operations.
• Experience in logistics or related industry preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial Owners to prevent churn and improve customer retention.
• Deliver data-driven insights to add customer value.
• Bridge insights between Commercial and Analytics to aid decisions.
• Execute post-implementation reviews and monitor satisfaction outcomes.
• Track revenue, churn, pipeline and support improvements.
• Oversee lead generation programs to maximize conversions.
• Support contract lifecycle management and governance compliance.
• Liaise between sales, customers and internal departments.
• Support pre and after sales activities.
