Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Dallas, TX or Miami, FL seeks a Sales Support Specialist to back the full sales lifecycle with data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with Commercial Owners to reduce churn, analyze performance metrics, manage contract lifecycle, and support pre- and post-sales activities; a 6+ year background in sales operations and strong MS Excel/PowerPoint skills are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Sales Support/Sales Operations.
• Experience in logistics or related industry preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree is desired (Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field).
• Project Management and Data Analytics skills preferred.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial Owners to proactively prevent churn and improve customer retention.
• Deliver differentiated customer value through data-driven insights and analytics.
• Bridge insights between Commercial and Analytics teams to drive informed decision-making.
• Execute post-implementation reviews and monitor customer satisfaction outcomes.
• Track customer performance metrics and support continuous improvement.
• Manage lead generation programs and optimize leads for conversion.
• Support contract lifecycle management and ensure policy governance compliance.
• Liaise between sales, customers and internal departments.
• Support customer problem management and report corrective actions.
• Generate reports and statistics to prepare customer business reviews.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members and support project implementations.
