Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Dallas, TX or Miami, FL is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to back the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, contract management, and aftersales performance. The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder management, and process excellence to optimize commercial outcomes and customer satisfaction.

The candidate will act as a connector between Sales, Analytics, Legal, and Operations, supporting pre- and post-sales activities and driving efficient execution

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Support or Sales Operations.
• Experience in logistics or related industry preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field.
• Project Management and Data Analytics skills preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial Owners to prevent churn and improve customer retention.
• Deliver data-driven insights to create customer value.
• Bridge insights between Commercial and Analytics teams for decision-making.
• Execute post-implementation reviews and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Track customer metrics and support continuous improvement.
• Manage lead generation programs and optimize leads for higher conversion.
• Support contract lifecycle management and compliance.
