Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, collaborating with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. The role focuses on delivering fresh, efficient, and customer-centric experiences every day.

You will own and drive programs across fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering, while training Customer Service Associates and supporting hiring, scheduling, and team development to ensure exceptional service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Flexible availability for weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership in food service or retail is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solving to boost sales and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Own food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering.
• Drive food service sales and hit performance goals with focus on quality and consistency.
• Monitor trends and create action plans with peers to optimize results.
• Be the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Lead training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivation.
• Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development.
