Job summary

Wawa, Inc in Ashland, VA is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, working with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure a fresh, efficient, and customer-focused experience daily.

You will own food and beverage programs, drive sales, monitor trends, and train Customer Service Associates, while helping with hiring, scheduling, and maintaining safety standards across the operation.

• Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency.
