Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) to oversee all in-store food and beverage operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency. You will work with the GM and AGM to manage daily operations with a focus on delivering a fresh, customer-focused experience every day.

You will lead training for Customer Service Associates, manage hiring and scheduling, and ensure health and safety standards are met while driving sales and maintaining a high-quality food program across the store.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in food service or retail environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and drive change in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of food & beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering.
• Drive food service sales and hit performance goals focusing on quality and consistency.
• Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivation.
• Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development; recognize high performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, inviting food service area meeting health standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep for smooth operations.
