Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) to oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring a fresh, efficient, and customer‑focused experience every day.

You’ll work with the General Manager and Assistant GM to drive results in a fast-paced retail environment. You will own programs for fresh foods, grab‑and‑go meals, beverages, and catering, lead training for Customer Service Associates, and help with hiring, scheduling, and development while maintaining health and safety

Qualifications

• Oversee daily operations with strong leadership and customer focus.
• Lead in-store programs and promotions with attention to quality and consistency.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers to drive results.
• Ability to multitask, make decisions, and manage change in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fresh food, grab‑and‑go meals, beverages, catering and more.
• Drive food service sales and hit performance goals with quality and consistency.
• Monitor trends and work with peers to optimize results.
• Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivation for outstanding service.
• Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development.
• Recognize great performance and help Associates grow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area meeting health standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support smooth operations.
