Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership in food service or retail is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, make decisions and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solving to drive results and boost sales.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of food and beverage programs (fresh food, grab-and-go, beverages, catering).
• Drive sales targets with focus on quality and consistency.
• Become in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing.
• Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates.
• Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development.
• Maintain clean, safe, and inviting food service area.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep.
