Job summary
Lenoir City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring Experienced Automotive Service Advisors / Writers in Lenoir City, TN. You will join a growing dealer group with excellent benefits, opportunity for advancement and a pathway for success.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds System a plus.
- Lucrative pay structure – salary plus commission/bonus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and time management skills.
- Ability to work Saturdays when required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and communicate with customers on all aspects of repair.
- Arrange appointments for customers and create work orders in dealership system.
- Communicate repair information and details to technicians.
- Provide estimates to customers, secure work approval and finalize invoices.
- Work fluidly between sales, service and parts departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
