Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience, ideally with 1+ years in Assistant Manager responsibilities.
• Results-oriented with a strong sales focus; able to lead and coach team members.
• Positive, high-energy, friendly personality; able to initiate customer interactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customers and partners.
• Proficient with technology, including POS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Able to lift/move up to 40 pounds when merchandising and comfortable with ladders/stairs.
• Demonstrated coaching and mentoring of employees toward growth.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal and store sales goals and develop sales skills among the team.
• Devise and implement sales strategies to optimize revenue and customer experience.
• Capture and manage client information (phone, email, address).
• Address customer needs and objections with strong problem-solving.
• Understand store merchandise, pricing, and floor/stockroom layout.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising.
• Use POS, CRM, and inventory management systems effectively.
• Follow loss prevention and store policies.
• Assist Store Manager in coaching and mentoring employees.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on recruitment and onboarding.
