Dry Goods USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates, sharing product knowledge, and delivering a unique customer experience. The role focuses on relationship building, sound operations, and presenting an exciting store environment.

You will train, coach, and lead by example, develop relationships to drive store growth, and help meet sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer service for every shopper.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
