Daily Thread is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Plainfield to drive store performance and customer satisfaction. You will help shape store strategy, oversee opening/closing, inventory, and visual merchandising while coaching a team to meet sales goals.

You will lead with energy, communicate effectively with customers and partners, and ensure compliance with policies. This role emphasizes coaching, operations, and hands-on leadership on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience, ideally with 1+ years in Assistant Manager responsibilities.
• Strong sales focus and ability to coach a team toward targets.
• Positive, high-energy, friendly personality and proactive customer interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with technology, including POS, CRM, and office software.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and navigate ladders or stairs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue and customer experience.
• Collect and manage client information, including phone numbers and emails.
