Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience, ideally 1+ year in Assistant Manager duties.
• Results-driven with a strong sales focus and ability to coach the team toward success.
• Positive, high-energy personality; proactive in engaging customers.

• Comfortable with retail tech including POS, CRM, and inventory tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal and store sales goals and coach the team to improve sales skills.
